A multi-agent architecture automating over 90% of KYC / AML.

AI Qadam · UZ · KZ · KG · TJ
Not a conference, not a course. A federation of local communities under one brand: practitioners talk about what they built, not what they read in a report.
Data from meetups #1 (April 25, 2026) and #2 (June 20, 2026). Post-event surveys, sample size noted under each figure.
What this is
Central Asia can stay a user of other people's solutions — or grow its own engineers. We chose the second and do it in the open: the methodology, infrastructure, and brand belong to the community, not to one person or company.
In the end, AI Qadam isn't about artificial intelligence. It's about people.
Geography
Everything that can be standardized — brand, methodology, formats, infrastructure — comes from the center. Everything local — language, partners, context — stays with the local team.
Events
Seven talks across two meetups: multi-agent systems in KYC/AML, offensive security, the path from prototype to production, governance for agent swarms. Eight people volunteered to speak.

A multi-agent architecture automating over 90% of KYC / AML.

Offensive security in practice. AppSec engineer.

Architecture, mistakes, metrics. CEO and founder.

How to validate an idea for $5. Engineering Manager.
Meetup #2: Pavel Popov — from chatbot to agent orchestra · Alex Zhurayev — low-code AI for operational resilience · Konstantin Gus — governance for agent swarms.
Streams
We show status honestly: live, in progress, or planned. Nothing here is sold as finished until it actually is.
Meetups, Fail Stories, hackathons — the engine of the whole ecosystem.
The community's social projects. The first is Suhbat, anonymous support with AI involved.
Honest assessment of AI skills and programs built by practitioners.
Support for startups: engineering, grants, access to investors.
Not a fifth stream, but the foundation under the other four: open source code the community owns and runs itself. MIT / Apache-2.0, no paid gates on SSO or audit logs.
build.aiqadam.org →How to get involved
After the first meetup, 86% of attendees chose an active role instead of "just showing up." From there it's a question of how much time you're ready to invest.
Register for the next event and your country's chat. Free, no selection process, no "leave your application."
Uzbekistan chat →CFP for meetup #3 in September is open. We need your own case — what you did, what broke, what worked.
Submit a talk →~2 weeks to prepareOpen infrastructure for the region: Qadam Flow, the design system, the portal. Contributor → committer → maintainer, by contribution, not by title.

The brand belongs to the community, not to a founder. Decisions are made by the Global Board: consensus instead of voting, country leads hold veto on local matters.

Partners
We don't sell access to the audience, trade participant data, or dress up sales pitches as expert talks. What's in and out of bounds is spelled out in the partner deck.
Next event — August 26. Next meetup — September, CFP is open.
